Midsouth
Chad is a relatively new sim racer but has shown a strong commitment, running 10 of the 12 races in his rookie campaign in season 15. He also scored six top-15 finishes in one of the most competitive fields in Sampsoid Oval League history.

#04 Scott Harra
Arizona
Scott Harra is a founding member of the Sampsoid Oval League and the keeper of the legendary “Log Book,” where he promises to keep a record of all your misdeeds and mishaps as a driver. On a more serious note, Scott has been a consistently solid driver, with 68 top-10 finishes in 107 starts.

#4 Ethan Hanshew
Pennsylvania
Ethan made one of the most dominant rookie debuts in Sampsoid Oval League history, scoring three wins in six starts after joining the circuit in the middle of season 15. Due to his limited run, he didn’t capture the Rookie of the Year Award, but he’ll be a leading championship contender in season 16.

#7 Allen Hutson
Indiana
Allen’s rookie campaign wsa in season 14 of the Sampsoid Oval League, where he scored two top-10s and secured three top-five qualifying positions while running a limited schedule. He returned for another limited schedule in season 15 and is now heading into his third season.

#8 Randy Howe
Pennsylvania
Originally a member of the historic season-eight rookie class in the Thursday Night Thunder Truck Series, when he finished fourth in the points standings, Randy followed up his debut with a series championship in season nine. He is a two-time winner of the league’s Safest Driver Award and has an amazing 10 wins, 43 top fives, and 57 top 10s in 67 starts.

#10 Ric Miller
Georgia
Ric was a late-season addition to the Sampsoid Oval League in season 15, but he averaged a top-1o finish in his three starts, and with his limited debut run, he will still be eligible for the Rookie of the Year Award in season 16.

#12 Anthony Rosas
Atlantic
Anthony is a newer sim racer but has become a regular on the Sampsoid Oval League circuit and had a solid performance in season 14. He scored a career-best fifth-place finish at Daytona and finished in the top 15 in six of his eight starts.

#14 Chris McClung
Georgia
A multi-time winner and past Top Contender Award winner in the Sampsoid Oval League, Chris achieved his greatest feat in season seven of the Thursday Night Thunder Series. He won five of 10 races that he competed in, setting a mark that remains tied for the second-most victories in a single Thursday Night Thunder season.

#15 Forrest Smith
Midsouth
Forrest was part of an impressive season-eight rookie class, bringing home two top-fives and four top-10s in his six starts during his first Sampsoid Oval League campaign. He later scored his first win in season 11, in the NASCAR Gen 4 car, and has compiled 12 top-fives and 16 top-10s in 47 career starts.

#22 Andrew Collier
Ohio
Andrew is known for his clean racing, quiet demeanor, and consistent finishes in the Sampsoid Oval League. His biggest glory came with a win at Talladega in season three, when he capitalized on a last-lap crash to take the checkered flag in a wild finish.

#24 Brian Bedard
Carolinas
A three-time Thursday Night Thunder Series champion, Brian is a master of speed, consistency, race strategy, and tire management. In all, he’s won 35 races, scored 93 top-gives, 125 top-10s and has an average finish of 5.2 in 146 career races in all Sampsoid Oval League series.

#25 Drew Trader
Illinois
Drew is a four-time Thursday Night Thunder series champion, after winning the closest battle of all time, winning season 15 on a third-level tiebreaker. In his rookie season, he also put on a historic performance, winning three races and sweeping the Thursday Night Thunder Series championship, Rookie of the Year, and Safest Driver Award. It’s a feat that no other driver has matched or is likely to match in the future.

#28 Herschel Johnson
Pennsylvania
Herschel is a past Rookie of the Year who scored a victory at Michigan during his debut season in the Thursday Night Thunder Truck Series and has compiled seven wins, 51 top-fives, and 84 top-10s in his 93 career starts. He is also a two-time Top Contender Award winner for the best season points finish without winning a race.

#29 Vern Hawkins
Illinois
Vern has been one of the best drivers in the Sampsoid Oval League since joining in season 10. While driving a limited schedule during alternating seasons, he has nine wins, 19 top-fives and 24 top-10s in 30 starts, and he finished a close second for the championship in season 14.

#32 Xavier Jackson
Canada
A longtime Sampsoid Oval League veteran, Xavier competes on a limited schedule and has compiled five top-fives and 25 top-10s in 65 career starts across all series. He is also on an eternal quest to someday see the league hold a road race at his beloved Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.

#38 Kenny Taylor
Midwest
Kenny made his Sampsoid Oval League debut in season seven of the Thursday Night Thunder Series, running three races and finishing a season-best 13th at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

#41 Curtis Krumel
Carolinas
After debuting in season five of the Thursday Night Thunder Series and winning two poles and scoring a pair of fourth-place finishes, Curtis has settled in as a solid performer on a limited race schedule. He has a pair of top-fives and 14 top-10s in his 65 career starts.

#43 Brandon Wanner
Pennsylvania
Brandon Wanner joined the Sampsoid Oval League for season 12 and scored three top 10s and finished 11th or 12th four other times. He’ll be looking to build on that success in the future.

#45 Grady Ingle
Carolinas
Grady has become a steady regular in the Sampsoid Oval League. He scored a career-best fifth-place finish at Michigan in season five and has scored multiple top-10s on superspeedways, showing his high-speed prowess.

#47 Luca Smith
Georgia
Luca is from a racing lineage that dates back to his uncle, Jack Smith, the winner of NASCAR’s inaugural race at Bristol in 1961. But Luca is making his own mark in the Sampsoid Oval League, having scored a top five and five top-1o starts in his rookie campaign in season 15.

#54 Robert Gambill
Alaska
Rob is a founding member of the Sampsoid Oval League who compiles impressive results on a limited schedule. Most recently, he scored two second-place finishes and five top 10s in six starts during season five.

#56 Nicholas Trader
Illinois
Nicholas is a two-time Thursday Night Thunder Series champion who joined the Sampsoid Oval League in season eight. Despite running a limited schedule, he won two races, collected four top-fives, and notched a top-10 finish in all seven of his rookie season starts. He went on to win two titles and is now one of the top drivers in the league.

#57 James Rossi
Texas
The legendary James Rossi retired from sim racing and was elected to the Sampsoid Oval League Hall of Fame, but he recently came out of retirement to become the only active Hall of Famer in league history. He captured his first career win in the Bristol dirt race in season six. But Sampsoid fans also know him as the league’s pre-race announcer, where his hilarious, gravelly-voiced intros entertain league members and viewers around the world.

#59 Steve Goff
New England
A member of the storied rookie class of Thursday Night Thunder season five, Goff finished eighth in the standings in his debut campaign. He scored season-best fourth-place finishes in two races and followed up with a sixth at Bristol in season six.

#61 Brandon Huntsinger
Pennsylvania
Brandon was part of the massive rookie class in season 15 of the Sampsoid Oval League, but he held his own, scoring three top-10s and six top-15 finishes while challening for the Rookie of the Year Award.

#63 Matt Abel
Ohio
An avid kart racer and sim racer, Matt has won at least one race in five our of six seasons in the Thursday Night Thunder Series. In addition to being one of the Sampsoid Oval League’s top drivers, he is also the chief administrator.

#68 Jared Kinson
New England
A real-life champion drag racer, Jared has won a record four championships in the Sampsoid Oval League’s Thursday Night Thunder Series. He’s compiled 22 wins in nine seasons, but he’s been on hiatus from sim racing over the past few campaigns. Now that his championship record is at stake, fans are wondering if a return is immiment.

#69 Kyle Abel
Ohio
Kyle is a two-time Thursday Night Thunder Series champion and nearly won a third title in season 15, when he tied on points and narrowly missed out on a third-level tiebreaker for the trophy. He has been a podium finisher in the season standings for the past six consecutive seasons in which he’s competed, and he’s also won the Safest Driver Award.

#71 Kalman Gyory
Arizona
Kalman is a longtime veteran of the Sampsoid Oval League who has a win, 33 top-fives, and 84 top-10s in 141 career starts. He’s also proven his ability at every type of track, with top-fives at short tracks, speedways, superspeedways, and road courses.

#73 Finn DeDoncker
Midwest
Finn joined the Sampsoid Oval League for season 15 and made an instant impact, capturing both the Rookie of the Year Award and the Top Contender Award in his debut season. He came home with an impressive six top-fives and 9 top-10s in 11 starts, staking an immediate claim as one of the top performers in the Thursday Night Thunder Series.

#77 Tim Fiedler
Texas
Tim joined the league in season 13 and captured Rookie of the Year honors, scoring a win and six top-10 finishes in nine starts. He finished 10th in the Thursday Night Thunder Series standings and followed it up with an 8th-place finish in the standings for season 14.

#81 Joe Charbonneau
Canada
Joe is consistently one of the cleanest and best drivers in the Sampsoid Oval League. Since joining the league in season 10, he has captured the Safest Driver Award three times and become the first driver to win it two season in a row in season 14 and 15. He has also won the Top Contender Award and has 11 top-fives and 40 top-10s in 68 starts.

#85 Matt Murphy
Virginia
“Murph” is a longtime Sampsoid Oval League member who is coming off one his best seasons. In season 14 of the Thursday Night Thunder Series, he captured the Top Contender Award for the second time and finished fifth in the standings with eight top-10s and two top-fives in nine starts.

#90 Greg Andrade
California
Greg is a founding member of the Sampsoid Oval League and five-time Top Contender Award winner in the Thursday Night Thunder Series. Most recently, he returned to victory lane with a win at Homestead-Miami in the final race of season 14, in which he finished third in the season points standings.

#92 Dustin Carroll
Midsouth
Since joining the Sampsoid Oval League, Dustin has 30 top-10 finishes in 59 starts and has scored four top-five finishes, including his first career win, which he scored at Dover Motor Speedway in season 14.

#96 Andrew Griesbaum
Illinois
Andrew is a two-time Top Contender Award winner in the Sampsoid Oval League and had an impressive two wins and 22 top-fives in his first 33 starts.

#97 Barry Neale
New Zealand
Barry debuted in the Sampsoid Oval League’s Thursday Night Thunder Truck Series in season 14, scoring two wins and three top fives in just six starts. The Kiwi races from New Zealand, so his starts are rare, but when he shows up at the track, he’s always a threat to win.

#57 James Rossi
Texas

#59 Terry Crouch
Legend
Terry is retired from the Sampsoid Oval League, but he was one of its founders and our original lead administrator. Terry was also a top competitor on the race track, scoring five top fives in nine starts in his one brief season, before he turned his focus to road racing.

#60 Len Beck
Northern Idaho
A recent retiree from sim racing, Len Beck was one of the cleanest and strongest competitors in the Sampsoid Oval League for a numbr of seasons. He had nine top-fives and 38 top-10 finishes in 71 starts, and his racing prowess and contribution to the Sampsoid community made him one of the first drivers elected to the Hall of Fame.
